Uptake of Phase 1 stands at 80% of the available 400 acres

For a start, Konza Technopolis is a 5000-acre master planned development with plenty of investment opportunities awaiting to be snapped up by qualified investors. The core clusters that are planned include ICT/ ITES, Life Sciences and Engineering.
