    I am driven by one idea. Africa’s future will be built where land, technology, and people meet. I grew up spending school holidays on my parents’ farm, watching pedigree livestock roam freely across vast ranches that is now known as Konza’s Technopolis. Back then, it was quiet land. Today, it is one of Kenya’s most strategic frontiers. My career has taken me abroad, across cities, systems, and cultures. It sharpened my view of how modern cities work and why some succeed while others stall. Africa is young. Over 60 percent of its people are under 30. That is not a problem. It is leverage. The challenge is scarcity. The opportunity is technology. Smart cities, urban informatics, and intentional land use will decide who wins the next 50 years. I believe the world is ready for Africa. Kenya, with its educated population and global outlook, must build places that attract serious capital, serious talent, and serious ideas. Konza is where that story begins. Championing its realization while facilitating private land ownership informs the second phase of my life.
